BOOKING

We are a phone-free studio.
To book, simply visit our website. You’re here already, yay! We always suggest clicking on our Team page and reading up on all our stylists. From there it’s important to choose someone you feel most connected to, then book with them by hitting “Book now” under their bio!

All our stylists are independent, so to get in touch with your stylist for any reason you can direct message them on Instagram, or reply to the Square text you received upon booking your appointment!

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our stylists’ time. It’s extremely valuable to us and it should be to you as well. Because of this we have a strict cancellation policy!

Any same day cancellations/no shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service price

Less than 24 hours notice cancellations will automatically be charged 75% of the service price

We require a credit card to book your appointments. We will automatically charge clients that violate the cancellation policy. Clients who fail to pay will not be allowed to rebook until payment is made.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer monetary refunds. If your haircut or hair color needs adjusting, please contact either your stylist via Instagram/text or the Haus via email within 7 days of the original appointment.

DOG POLICY

Service dogs only.

Appointments will need to be coordinated accordingly due to allergies, just inform your stylist beforehand when booking!

HOURS

As a booth rental studio, our hours are not fixed. All of our stylists make and hold their own schedules.
Here is a general hours of operation for us:

Closed Sunday, Monday
Tuesday: 11am - 6pm
Wednesday: 11am - 8pm
Thursday: 11am - 8pm
Friday: 11am - 7pm
Saturday: 9am - 4pm

PARKING

We are located on Highland Ave in Downtown Eau Gallie. Being downtown comes with so many perks! But it also comes with the necessity of giving yourself ample time to park.

On our south side of Highland Ave (So-Hi) there are ~36 street parking spots, with a 25 spot parking lot across the street.

On the north side of Highland Ave (No-Hi) there are ~46 street parking spots stopping at Saint Claire St, with a few more spots on side streets.
